What is MobileMonday?
MobileMonday is a global community of mobile industry professionals. The open community promotes mobility. It fosters cooperation and networking among interest groups, industry people and their companies by providing the logistics and opportunities for personal and virtual contacts through global websites and events.
MobileMonday is an open forum. All individuals and organizations with good standing in the community may participate. Topics discussed in the forum are widely disseminated to the global network. Organizers and administrators of MobileMonday chapters have and maintain a good reputation in their community. All participants of the forum are required to identify themselves through registration.
什麼是 MobileMonday ?
MobileMonday 是一個由行動從業人員所成立的全球化社群， MobileMonday 是一個開放的社群，主要宗旨是提倡行動力。MobileMonday透過舉辦活動和網路的方式，來促進企業，團體及業界從業人員之間的交流與人脈建立。
MobileMonday是一個開放性的論壇。社群中有興趣的個人與團體組織都可與參與。論壇中所討論的議題都會在全球網路中傳遞開來。MobileMonday各地分會的主辦和管理單位在他們的社群中須擁有及維持一個好的名聲。論壇的參與者必須透過註冊的方式來加入。
What MobileMonday is not?
MobileMonday is not a seminar, not a conference , nothing serious and boring. It’s a event after work for you to learn about the latest information in mobile industry, to network with other mobile professionals. There will be drinks, foods, music and fun atmosphere.
MobileMonday has become a remarkable event in mobile industry, all the mobile industrial leading companies (Nokia, Samsung, Motorola, etc) have participate all over the world.

MobileMonday 不是研討會，也不是座談會，MobileMonday不是那麼地嚴肅和無聊。MobileMonday是一個活動，讓你可以在下班後來了解行動業界最新的 趨勢和資訊，與同業之間建立關係。MobileMonday會提供飲料，食物，音樂和輕鬆的氣氛。
History
The remarkable MobileMonday phenomenon began almost by accident in Helsinki, Finland during the autumn of 2000. A couple of well-known Finnish visionaries, invited the who’s who of the Finnish mobile industry to a pub for an informal get-together and perhaps a warming drink. The only suitable time? Monday evening.
After meeting many new faces and discussing the latest in mobility, the group decided to continue meeting on the first Monday of each month — and thus, MobileMonday was born. Towards the end of 2004, the movement started to spread to other areas of the world and new MoMo chapters were started in Tokyo, Japan, Silicon Valley, UsA as well as Rome and Milan, Italy. Since then, the number of MobileMonday chapters and members has dramatically increased making MobileMonday the world’s leading mobile community.
MobileMonday 起源
令人印象深刻的Mobile Moday的誕生幾乎是一個意外，這個意外發生於2000年的秋天，在芬蘭赫爾新基，ㄧ群業界頗富盛名的行動先驅者，互相邀約到Pub來個非正式的小聚，但唯一能找到最適合每個人行程的時間，只有週一下班後。
在見過許多新面孔及討論過行動業間的最新消息後，這群人決定繼續在每個月的第一個星期一聚會，就這樣，MobileMonday誕生了。到2004 年底，這個活動已經擴展到世界其他各地，新的MobileMonday分會也在日本東京，加州矽谷，以及義大利羅馬和米蘭等地成立。從那時開始， MobileMonday的分會和會員數量便不斷的成長，讓MoblieMonday成為行動業界中領導級的社群。
MobileMonday Taipei
As part of the global community, we think Taipei needs to more active in participating and interacting with global community of mobile industry. Therefore, we decided to start MobileMonday Taipei chapter, hoping to promote the mobile industry and encourage innovations among the industry.
MobieMonday Taipei chapter established on April 2nd, 2007. The chapter is hosted by Toro Ltd., a company focuses on NFC technology and aim to bridge mobile and payment.
